Finding Your Tenant:

  • Startup fee-$149 (owner)
  • Includes initial inspection and list of any repair items needed.  Scheduling and consultation of open house preparation 
  • All listings with the exception of Military by owner. Owner’s choosing military by owner listing will require an additional listing: Military by owner listing-$79.95(includes listing for 90 days, all photos of property, and yard signs)
  • Application fee-$30 (new tenant)
  • Finder’s fee-50% of first month’s rent.  50% of security deposit when tenant is Dept. of Housing candidate (owner)

Monthly Managing Your Property:

  • Monthly property management for entire length of lease 5% of monthly rent (owner)
  • Repairs tbd based on repair item
  • Repair EscrowFamily
  • Collect monthly rents
  • Conduct quarterly or semi-annual inspections $75 each

Condominium Associations:

  • Prepare Monthly and Annual Budget
  • Collect condo fees
  • Coordinate various contractors and vendor services with Association as needed
  • Pay bills

Repair Items:

  • Repair items often vary in requirements as well as fees
  • Clogged/leaking faucets
  • Clogged/leaking sink
  • Locksmith/replacing locks $99
  • Roof leaks-starting at $149 dependent on severity of damage
